AURIX stores account details such as name, email address, password hash, email verification status, KYC status, wallet balances, orders, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, support messages, and admin action records.

When KYC is submitted, the ID number and photo are collected for review.

New KYC photos are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. The database stores metadata and an internal reference instead of the full image payload.

KYC photos are served through an authenticated route so only the account owner or an admin can view them.

Information is used to operate account access, email verification, withdrawal confirmation, KYC review, admin workflows, support replies, and audit history.

Support form messages may be emailed to the configured support recipient so the site owner can respond.

AURIX uses hashed passwords, authenticated APIs, private KYC photo storage, and role-based admin access. No web application can guarantee absolute security, so avoid submitting information that is not needed for testing.
